A collection of vintage dolls from the 1960s. Includes a Dutch doll with with wooden clogs, a Native American doll, two Japanese porcelain geisha dolls, a Japanese porcelain baby doll, a Mexican soft body doll, a West Indian soft body doll, a Spanish Layna soft body doll, two Hawaiian dolls, a Nassau doll, an Italian doll, a Scandinavian wooden doll, an Eastern European doll, an Inuit wooden doll, and a Rabbi doll. The dolls are made from fabric, plastic, or wood. All feature hand painted facial features and are depicted wearing traditional clothing.
Condition
- some markings and age consistent wear throughout. -
- Japanese doll #1 Good. Stand has marks. Face covered with protective plastic.
- Japanese doll #2 . Dusty stand . Hand missing. Neck broken from body but attached to base through wire.
- Mexican cloth doll: Good. minor marks on fabric.
- Japanese porcelain baby doll : Cracked legs, face, arms. Neck separated from body, held by elastic.
- Hawaiian cloth doll: Fabric body dirty. Arm joints exposed.
- Nassau doll: Good. minor marks and stains on dress.
