Antique Art Nouveau Vanity Dresser
Item Details
An antique Art Nouveau dresser. The arched mirror has curved edges, capped by a burled crest and anchored by curling wooden supports at the sides. The chest has two shallow, aligned drawers over two deeper, stacked drawers, raised on turned, tapered legs ending in casters. The top drawers have a light colored burl veneer with geometric line design bordering the two knobs on each. The larger drawers have a center design of two blooms in a pot, framed in an oval with applied curl accents at the crest and sides, like the mirror. They each have two ing pulls on floral plates. The scalloped apron has a half flower design at the center.
