Antique English Double Light Brass Oil Lamp, with Green Glass Shades

Absolutely beautiful antique English brass double student oil lamp, with green glass shades over center clear hurricane shade. Marked ‘John Scott, Made in England’ to knobs on one lamp; these knobs show wear consistent with age. Knobs on the second lamp appear a bit newer, and read ‘Duplex, Made in England’, may be replacement knobs; lamp bases themselves are both original to piece. The lamp base is antique, likely 19th century; the glass shades are newer replacements.

Condition

Good for age; one inconspicuous chip to top ruffle of green glass shade.
