Item Details
A silver plate tea service by Lehman Brothers (established c.1905, New York, NY). This five-piece set includes a teapot, coffee pot, creamer, covered sugar bowl, and an octagonal serving tray with handles. These pieces feature an embossed grape motif around the sides of the body with scrolled handles. The underside of each is marked with the Lehman Brothers maker’s mark representing a shield with the letters ‘LB NY’ in the center flanked by a unicorn on the right and lion on the left.
Condition
- some light tarnish and surface scratches.
