A vintage Japanese shin hanga woodblock print on paper by listed Japanese woodblock master Takahashi Shōtei (Hiroaki) (松亭高橋、弘明, 1871 – 1945) titled Tama, published circa 1924. This print depicts a white cat with yellow eyes wearing a red cloth around its neck. Artist seal and additional calligraphed inscriptions occupy the upper left. This work is housed in a wooden frame behind an off-white mat.

Condition

- wear to frame and wooden matting; frame has been opened in order to examine print outside of frame. print has been pasted to under mat; previous mat was paster to margins of print; some tearing and glue residue to margins of print.
