Each ornate design features a black ground with gilt to the rim and a colorful illustration based on a Russian folktale. Includes scenes from folktales such as Snowmaiden, The Priest and his Servant Balda and The Twelve Months as a few highlights. Snowmaiden is from The Legend of the Snowmaiden series by the same maker.
