Vintage Pennwood-Numechron "Television" Clock

A 1959 Pennwood-Numechron ‘Tele-Vision’ electric clock. Pennwood was one of the first clock companies to come out with digital clocks. The issue of this clock in the late 1950s coincided with televisions coming into the American household. The molded plastic case resembles a television set. The front of the case has a gold tone frame with ‘Tele-Vision’ embossed on the bottom. The clock face has rotating numbers showing hours, minutes, and seconds.
