"Raising the Liberty Pole" Centenary Engraving

Large engraving ‘Raising the Liberty Pole’ hand painted by F.A. Chapman. Colorful, historic scene prominently features the raising of a pole with several flags attached while a crowd gathers, cheers, holds children, and wait in line at a booth seeking ‘Volunteers Wanted, War Liberty Rights.’ Many other background activities upon examination. Copy by title reads, ‘Dedicated to the American People, Commemorative of 1776, The Centenary of Independence.’
Condition
Has been stored in vinyl sleeve. Wear and discoloration to edge of paper at sleeve’s open end. Sleeve is coming apart in small spots and shows signs of wear (scratches, dirt). Recommend preview for best sense of condition.
