A watercolor painting of a seascape by Florida artist Willard Judd. This painting depicts a flock of gulls feeding at the beach near a coastal building and some pilings. A Pelican is perched on a post and several piles of debris are visible along the coast. The sea is an intense phthalo blue and there is a pentimento of a figure in a boat close to the shore. Signed to the lower right.
Matted in aged white with some evidence of water stain. The frame is carved wood painted a gold tone. To the verso, wired to hang.

Condition

- mat is stained and discolored. Frame is damaged and some pieces of carving are missing.
