A signed limited edition offset lithograph after the original watercolor painting titled Shawnee on the Muskingum by well-listed and renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924). This work depicts a Native American in a canoe hunting ducks. The piece is realistically rendered in muted organic tones of gray, ochre, and blue. Artist signature is signed in plate and in pencil to the lower right. The print is numbered 177/1500. It is double-matted in a brown and grass cloth-like texture and presented behind glass, housed in a wood frame with a natural stained finish, equipped to hang.
