A pair vintage of Victorian porcelain figurines, thought to be Chelsea. These polychrome and gilt accent figurines feature a seated woman with a bold blue floral print skirt, with a dog. It also includes a matching seated man with a dog. Both figurines include a gold anchor hallmark along the base edge.
