Nancy Nemec Signed Limited Edition Mixed Media Print "Receding Hare Line"

An original 1982 signed limited edition mixed media print on paper by well-listed printmaker Nancy Nemec (New Hampshire/Massachusetts/North Carolina, 1923 – 2003), titled REceding Hare Line. The print was created using a combination of aquatint etching with a la poupée coloring and relief printing. It depicts several rabbits stacked on top of one another, entangled with an abstract swirl of yellow. The print is signed, titled, dated, and numbered 43/350 in graphite to the lower margin. It is matted in pale yellow with a single v-groove and is presented behind non-glare glass in a natural-stained wooden frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso.
