A collection of Andrea by Sadek Classic Imari decorative plates. This collection features eight decorative porcelain modern plates which mimic the Imari style imported from Asia during the 18th and 19th century. The plates feature vibrant floral and cobalt detailing, with gilt accents and trim. The plates are marked to their underside ‘Classic Imari inspired by 18th and 19th Century English Imari dinnerware. The original dinnerware is found in the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History Andrea by Sadek’ and the lot includes four plate stands.
