An original signed watercolor on paper of a riverboat scene by listed American artist William E. Fay (1882-1967). The painting depicts a riverboat on a body of water with two figures in a rowboat in the foreground. The piece is signed in watercolor to the lower left corner. This painting is double-matted in white and light blue and presented behind glass. The frame is constructed of wood with a distressed gray finish. There is a hanging wire and a sticker from Closson’s Gallery, Cincinnati, to the verso.
