A sterling silver flatware collection by Wallace Silversmiths of Wallingford, CT (established 1871). First introduced in 1941, the Grand Baroque was designed by William S. Warren, featuring an intricate handle with floral and acanthus leaf motifs and openwork detailing. This seven piece set includes one fork, four spoons, and two knives. The fork and spoons are stamped on the reverse ‘Wallace Sterling’, and the knives are marked ‘Wallace, Sterling Handle, Stainless Blade’ to the blades. The total approximate weight, excluding the knives with stainless steel blades, is 5.955 ozt.
