A miniature oil painting on board of a landscape. This Impressionist painting depicts a winding dirt road aligned by large, curling trees. Walking alongside this path are three figures, with a calm lake seen near the sloped hill. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature appearing to read ‘K. Brent’. The painting is presented in a gold tone wooden frame featuring gessoed foliate and acanthus scroll motifs with hanging wire to the verso.
