Vintage Hand-Carved German Wood Plates

Item Details

A selection of four vintage wood plates, hand-carved in Germany and purchased in 1948. The largest plate features an image of Berchtesgaden, a picturesque town in the Bavarian Alps. There is also a hand-painted plate with images of local flowers such as edelweiss. Two smaller plates with images of Oberammergau complete the grouping.

-one plate has the grain showing through
