Chinese Blue and White Ceramic Bowl

Item Details

A Chinese blue and white glazed ceramic bowl. The bowl features a design of abundant lotus plants and leaping carp rendered in deep cobalt blue against a white ground. The bowl is marked to the underside with a Jiajing reign mark, however,the bowl was likely produced in the late Qing dynasty (1644-1911) or the early Republic period (1912-1949).
