A signed oil painting on canvas of a landscape by Mary Lou Manning. Signed by hand to the lower right, the painting depicts a white wooden fence building down the middle of a clearing filled with overgrown wildflowers all under a bright yellow sky. The painting is presented in a gold tone wood frame with a beige matting and gold tone fillet. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.

- edge wear to frame; staining to linen liner; slight denting to canvas; canvas out of alignment; slight residue to surface; discoloration present to the verso of the canvas.
