A watercolor painting of a street paper, made by an artist signing the work ‘M. Neeld.’ This piece, with a loosely-rendered ink sketch beneath the soft washes of paint. It depicts a stone street lined with tall buildings, a pair of figures visible to the lower right of the image. This painting is signed and dated ‘86’ to the lower left, and is double-matted behind green- and cream-colored mats. There is no frame or hanging hardware.
