Stunning hand carved African tribal mask, probably Hausa. This piece carved from exotic wood features pronounced eyelids, cheek bones, nose and lips. Each feature is accented with circular designs and rope detail while the lips and eyelids are covered in hammered copper. The turtle shaped design on the forehead and a straw collar/beard completes the piece. Please, note size.
