A watercolor painting on paper of a dirt path landscape. The work depicts a dirt path situated among lush greenery with scattered autumnal foliage. The painting is unsigned by the artist. There is an inventory label with the date ‘ca. 1890’. A ‘Sibley, Lindsay & Curr Company’ stamp is adhered to the verso. Presented behind glass, beneath golden tone matting, housed in a carved wood frame with a gilt finish.

- minor wear to frame; tears to paper backing.
