The wheel in the background has a halo effect. This compelling piece is framed in distressed wood frame painted black and detailed with a gold interior molding. Originally procured from The Miller Gallery, Cincinnati, Ohio. The artist is also known the wonderful wall mural painted on the Kroger Building, downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.First exposed to ‘illusionist’ painting at Eastern Kentucky University, Queen completed his B.F.A. at the University of Cincinnati School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning. His work is included in many important private collections, including that of a New York Times editor, as well as Frisch’s Big Boy Restaurants, Inc..
