A hand-tufted Indian Mahdavi area rug. This wool rug features floral sprays in a palette of red, green and yellow across the field, with a border that offers floral boteh designs. The rug is finished with serged edges, bound seams and backing to the underside. A tag marked ’Mahdavi’s A&A Rug Co.’ and ‘Made in India’ is attached to the underside.
