A 1950s (HOF) Jackie Robinson Brooklyn Dodgers photo ‘gum ball’ charm. This souvenir baseball relic is constructed of plastic and framed in yellow, with a black and white photo of this legendary Hall Of Fame baseball player. There is no maker’s stamping or mark. The original hanging clip is still retained at the top. A mid-century baseball collectible depicting one of the greatest players of all-time. Jackie Robinson was the first African-American to play Major League Baseball. After signing a professional contract with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947, he won the National League ‘Rookie Of The Year.’ Jackie was also voted the National League ‘Most Valuable Player’ in 1949. He passed away in 1972.
