A Royal Doulton Isaac Walton Ware Royal Doulton tea service from the Gallant Fishers series. This antique service includes a pitcher, a creamer, a sugar pot, and teapot. Each piece is cream in color and depicts figures of cloaked men holding fishing rods. The pieces are trimmed with images of trees and are accented with different phrases including ‘Of Recreation There is None So Free As Fishing Is Alone’. The teapot and sugar bowl are also accented with black cross shaped knobs on the lids. The pieces are marked ‘Isaac Walton Ware Royal Doulton U.S. Patent June 5th 1906’.
Condition
- Significant crazing and darkening throughout.
