A pastel drawing on paper, titled Abstract Forms with Church by listed Armenian-American artist Simon Samsonian (1912-2003). This colorful rendering depicts a layered view of graphic building-like shapes, details rendered to the foreground in heavy black lines. This piece is signed to its lower right, and is titled, and marked ‘1991 (Pastel)’ to its lower left margin in pen. It is presented under a white mat in a slim metal frame with a hanging wire and an artist’s business card to its verso.

- fair; pastel fallout on matting; wear throughout mat; scratching to frame; upper left corner of frame is separating and loose.
