Vintage Hand-Crafted Colombian Leather Upholstered Rocking Chair

Item Details

A vintage hand-crafted wooden rocking chair. Made in Columbia, this chair features an ornately carved crest with a scrolled design. Upholstered in a dark brown leather, the chair also has a row of spindles along the lower back, armrests with carved scroll designs at the ends, and a scalloped apron. Rosette patterned upholstery tacks line the edges of the chair’s leather upholstery throughout. The chair is unmarked.

Condition

-the leather is worn, some slice marks, a piece of the rear rocker has broken off, signs of oxidation present to the upholstery tacks.
