An original 1961 oil painting on masonite by listed American artist Norman Baasch(Texas; 20th century), titled Still Life With Sunflowers and Mirror. This painting depicts a collection of abstracted flowers against undulating forms, some of which are patterned with daubed pigment. The painting features a primarily muted palette of cream and monochromatic tones. The composition is bordered by a painted blue border, and is mixed with a gritty medium throughout. The painting is presented in a natural wooden frame. To the verso is affixed hanging wire and a handwritten title, artist signature and date, listed 1961.
