Scheurich Ceramic Fat Lava Vase
Item Details
A ceramic fat lava vase by West German maker Scheurich, circa 1970s. The piece features a white lava glaze with a decoratively crazed band of yellow. Marked in the mold to the underside with the form number, ‘213-20’.
Condition
- form number on underside partially obscured by lava glaze; small areas of the lava glaze have broken on the body and neck; intentional crazing to the yellow glaze on the body; crazing to the brown glaze inside the vase.
