Vintage Kosuga Japan Teak and Rush Seat Chairs

Item Details

A pair of vintage Kosuga Japan carved teak and rush seat chairs. Each chair features a narrow back with turned stiles and pierced back splat. The seats are woven rush and the chairs each rest on a pair of turned front legs with a turned front stretcher and three plain stretchers with saber back legs. The chairs retain their original Kosuga Japan tag to the underside.

- scratches and wear noted throughout the legs
- exposure to mold noted
