Item Details
A vintage Louis XVI style marble and brass and gilt metal garniture clock set. The clock has a musical themed crest with a laurel wreathed lyre and drum on a square plinth above a gilded metal bezel and glass door that opens onto a white porcelain face with black Arabic numbers and hands. The clock is supported by four marble columns with doric capitals and urn form finials. Below the face is a cast, draped swag with foliate and tassel accents and a brass pendulum. The whole resting on a rectangular shaped marble base on toupie feet. The clock is accompanied by a pair of two lidded urns with a gilt metal cap and finial on a marble body with scrolled arms that have foliate details. The urns are mounted on a square marble base with toupie feet.
