A vintage Helmut Schäffenacker ceramic wall plaque of horses, circa 1960-1970. The piece features the abstracted depiction of two horses running within a green field. The horses are comprised of vibrant orange intentional pitted glaze texture with a white and black glaze. Signed to the lower right. Marked to the underside with Helmut Schäffenacker mark ‘Schäffenacker, ulm/do., made in Germany, handgeformt’. A hanging wire is installed to the verso.

Condition

- minor dent to the lower right corner of the border; minor wear along edges of ceramic plaque.
