A vintage Helmut Schäffenacker ceramic wall plaque titled Ship. The piece features the abstracted depiction of a ship comprised of variegated brown, blue and green glaze. Signature is stamped on a gilt label adhered to the upper right of the piece. Marked and numbered to the underside with Helmut Schäffenacker mark ‘Schäffenacker, ulm/do., made in Germany, handgeformt’ and mold number ‘N 46’. A hanging wire is installed to the verso.
