A black Wedgwood bowl with wooden stand. Made in England, the bowl features a matte exterior with a smooth glazed interior. It is marked to the underside ‘Made in England’ and ‘Wedgwood.’ The bowl is also signed ‘John Wedgwood’ to the underside. As deputy Chairman of Wedgwood & Sons, Sir John Wedgwood would often sign pieces of Wedgwood during the 1960s as he traveled and made appearances throughout the world. A wooden base is included.
