Item Details

An antique Victorian Rococo Revival rocking chair, circa third quarter of the 19th century. The walnut, Lincoln-style frame is upholstered in beige, floral-, foliate-, and avian-patterned fabric. It features a tall, curved back above a padded seat and arms. The open arms continue to underscrolled, tendril-form terminals and the chair rises on outswept legs ending in curved rockers.
