A pair of poetical faience ceramic plaques with works by the Danish artist Piet Hein by Royal Copenhagen. They feature sketches with quotes by the Danish mathematician, designer, inventor and poet, Piet Hein (1905-1996). Included in the pair are Living Is A Thing You Do Now and As Eternity Is Reckoned There. They are marked to the verso, ‘Royal Copenhagen/Denmark/Fajance/Piet Hein’ with three waves and ‘1954/21-3713’ and ‘1941/20-3713’. Both with a date mark for 1969-1973.
