An original framed landscape oil painting on linen canvas. The painting depicts a lake with high mountain peaks in the distance, and a thicket of trees to the right front. It is signed indistinctly to the lower right. A label on the back of the frame identifies the artist as ‘Kort’ (German, b. 1939), and the title of the work as Landscape. The painting is presented in an ornate, gilded wood frame with a green velvet fillet, and is ready to hang.
