Vintage Hand Painted Blue and White Chinese Porcelain Bowls
Item Details
A pair of vintage Chinese porcelain bowls. There is one example with underglaze blue painting of a mum and sides in the Rice Pattern so called for the borders with rice shaped pierced areas covered with glaze that glow when held to the light. The other bowl also has underglaze blue decoration together with iron-red enamels and gilding. Both examples have a precious objects border around the bottom and character marks on the underside.
Condition
- enamel decorated bowl has a hairline crack.

4.5" W x 2.25" H x 4.5" D
Both items measure out equally.
