Large Raku Fired Blue and Green Vase

Item Details

A large blue and green Hand thrown raku fired vase. This piece has a round mouth and a wide, rounded center, with sides that taper inwards from the widest point in the middle to form the small round base. It has a green, teal and light blue raku glaze, and small felt pads on the underside, which shows black carbon trapping from the firing process. Illegibly signed to the underside.

Condition

- minimal surface wear; no chips or cracks.
