Vintage Queen Anne Style Floral-Upholstered Wing Chairs
Item Details
A pair of vintage Queen Anne style floral-upholstered wing chairs. The frames are upholstered in green fabric patterned with orange flowers and white cranes. They feature backscrolled crests with incurvate corners above padded backs and removable seat cushions. The shaped wings continue to rolled, padded arms and the chairs rise on wooden, mahogany-stained bases. The bases consist of bowed, molded aprons centering cabriole, front legs with scrolled returns, shell-molded knees, and pad feet. Each retains a tag dated ‘9/18/80’.

- wooden bases with scratches, scuffs, and nicks; both chairs with light joint cracks above front leg returns resulting in a few small chips; one chair with a seam separation to fabric along the upper, outer edge of proper left wing.
