An antique to vintage brass birdcage automaton alarm clock by J. Kaiser, Germany. This clock depicts a small bird cage that is hanging on a curved stand. It has a small red cream and brown bird in the bottom with a second and minute counter and the hours are displayed to the base of the cage. There is a winding mechanism on the underside and it is marked ‘J. Kaiser G.m.b.H./Villingen. Germany/No (0) Jewels Unadjusted’.
