A Bob Hope 100th birthday Eisenhower Medical Center commemorative piece. This piece features a full color image of Bob Hope, Eisenhower Medical Center button celebrating Bob Hope’s 100th birthday, 24 kt gold plated single vinyl record with label, ‘Thanks for the Memories,’ as well as nameplate with a quote, ‘I have seen what a laugh can do. It can transform almost unbearable tears into something bearable, even hopeful,’ Bob Hope 1903-2003. The frame is finished in mahogany laminated wood with Plexiglas cover. The collection also includes two Paper Mate pens marked, ‘Bob Hope Desert Center’ in the original box. There is also a letter dated October 15th, 2003 written by Michael A. Mayer, Director of Sales of California Gold to Mr. Larry Kelfer, Eisenhower Medical Center Auxiliary.
