A signed oil painting on canvas by the listed American artist Peter Hamilton Shinn (1951-2016). A highly detailed of John Wayne wearing a cowboy hat appears above a covered wagon racing across a desert landscape in this oil on canvas painting. Signed by the artist to the lower left, the painting is presented in a wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso. A sticker reading ‘Creative Galleries, Inc.’ is attached to the verso of the canvas.
Condition
- light wear to frame finish; painting would merit from a cleaning, particularly in corners.
