Haviland Limoges "Independence" Commemorative Plates
Item Details
A set of four Haviland commemorative plates. The pieces depict scenes related to American Independence including the signing of the Declaration of Independence, The First Continental Congress, The Ride of Paul Revere and The Burning of the Gaspee. The art was designed by Remy Hetreau a French painter. There is an explanation of each scene as well as printed factory marks on the underside for Haviland Limoges.
Condition
- wear and marks are consistent with age and use.
