Signed in plate and dated to the lower right corner, the print depicts sailboats floating in a harbor and a city filled with buildings and skyscrapers. Mounted under a single layer of white matting, the print is presented with a cardboard back. No hanging hardware is present.

- dent to the lower right; scratch to the upper right; staining along bottom of mat; light wear to edges.
