A first year production 1956 Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller Brazilian rosewood-veneered lounge chair with later ottoman. The iconic chair features a five ply-plywood base and black leather down-filled upholstery, standing on a metal base. The set features a chair with a tufted headrest, seat, and back on a plywood base, leather arms, a silver and black metal base with five legs on metal feet. The set has a matching ottoman with a square shape and metal base with four metal legs.
