A Victorian fainting couch. Features carved scroll plumes where the rounded back meets the seat and on legs. Also detailed with burl veneer and incised carving. Fully upholstered on both front and back in a flame stitch pattern of pinks and navy on a turquoise background. Back of seat is button tufted.Two plain and two caster feet.

Condition

Wear consistent with age and use. Has been re-upholstered. Water stains to wood on edge of back.
