A pair of signed and authenticated IHL player cards from the All-Star Game at The Crown, Cincinnati, Ohio, January 17th, 1999, featuring Eastern Conference All-Stars, Gilbert Dionne and Scott Morrow. These items are numbered 26/90 notarized and certified by Douglas Kirchhofer, president of the Cincinnati Cyclones at that time.
