Victorian Eastlake washstand with chocolate marble top, burled veneers to doors and drawers, and fluted carving to sides. The marble is rosy brown in color, with cream veining. The dry sink has three drawers and a one door cabinet, with original hardware.

Located in lower level (with walk-out). Please bring adequate help and transportation for removal from premises.

Condition

Good overall, wear consistent with age and use. The marble top has two holes to back and one to each side, where back splash and side splash for washstand were once attached; and back of one drawer lock needs to be secured.
